Coming in September, our award winning Breakout Extension, will be included in a new RIBA publication House Goals: Design with architects, transform your home. Written by Ruth Slavid, with a foreword by Kevin McCloud, the book is a comprehensive guide, with copious illustrations, of ‘what can be achieved when homeowners collaborate with RIBA-certified architects to realise their House Goals.’ Looking at how architects have worked with homeowners to realise unique ways of adapting existing building stock to transform space and light and endow 21st century sustainability, the book provides many examples and inspiration, fully explaining the start-to-finish process of working with an architect. As the book testifies, architects bring ‘ideas and solutions that you may not yet have considered.’
