Planning

Planning
At Knott Architects we have an in-house Planning Consultancy.
George Knott is a qualified Planner and Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, as well as an Architect. We keep abreast of the rapidly changing landscape of Planning Policy, Guidance and legislation.
The Royal Town Planning Institute is the professional body for qualified Planners. It aims to influence the context in which planning operates and to advance the science and art of planning.

Planning Permision
Through a detailed understanding of the planning process, and a realisation that Planning Permission is achieved through a team effort, involving the Planners, Clients/applicants, and Architects/Designers, working together, Knott Architects achieve a very high success rate with Planning Applications.
